Social Business

Assalamualaikum and hai gaiss!😁😁

Pada hari khamis lalu iaitu 20 April 2017, saya telah menghadiri satu talk bertajuk Zero Poverty  Job Creation yang disampaikan oleh Puan Nurfarini Daing.

Antara perisian di dalam talk ini ialah mengenai social business iaitu apabila kita melakukan sesuatu perniagaan sambil kita berkhidmat kepada masyarakat. Sebagai contoh, kita mengambil banduan ataupun gelandangan untuk bekerja di dalam perniagaan kita.

Di sini saya ingin berkongsi 7 prinsipal penting mengenai social business :

🐞 Business objective will  be to overcome poverty, or one or more problems which threaten people and society , not profit maximization.

🐞 Financial and economics sustainability.

🐞 Investors get back their investment amount only, no dividend is given beyond investment money.

🐞 When investment amount is paid back, company profit stays with the company for expansion and improvement.

🐞 Gender sensitive and environmentally conscious.

🐞 Environmentally conscious.

🐞 Workforce gets market wage with better working condition and gender equality.

🐞 Do it with joy !
